From the first conversation with Melbourne Property Stylists (MPS), I knew that I would ultimately end up engaging with their services. I spoke to 3 different styling companies in Melbourne, of which MPS was the clear standout. From the initial consultation through to the discussion of furniture placement ideas with the stylist in our house through to the actual execution of styling the house, everything done by MPS was done with utmost professionalism and timeliness. The different ideas presented really highlighted our houses potential and gave ours an edge over and above the competing properties when advertised to market. The quality of the furniture used was also really good. The bulk of it was actually brand new. Our place was setup in a way to give the potential buyers different ideas on how to setup the house, which created some great discussion with the buyers. We had 75 different groups through during the 4 week marketing campaign. A number that I believe was boosted by the quality styling work that was completed by MPS. The end result was $80k over reserve which exceeded our expectations, but without the furniture, I doubt this number would have been achieved. Cheers
